This piece was created for @newyorknico’s #bestnyshirt contest on instagram. The point of the contest was to create a tee design that demonstrated the pride of New York in some way. Although this piece wasn’t chosen as a finalist, I was able to produce a few through Custom Ink for people to purchase and all of the proceeds went to charity.
This is a personal project of mine. I took the most recent sketchbook I filled, scanned all of the art and created this visual mock-up of it for everyone to see. I included personal items and objects that were inside of the sketchbook as well that I collected over the few months I drew in it. Displayed are daily sketches of people I drew on the train, people I care about, and other random sketches.

A friend of mine named Oscar had me do this illustration of him dressed in retro 90’s club clothing. Ski pants, retro The North Face apron, ski jacket, bubble vest, crazy goggles, and a pair of Adidas Nite Joggers. He dressed like this for a collab project he worked on with Adidas to promote the Nite Joggers. It was inspired by his party and dance history.
